HOW IT WORKS
Small group sessions are for 3 to 6 athletes. These session focus on improving baseball skills through drills, exercises, and practice games tailored to the specific sport. Athletes receive individualized feedback to enhance their performance and work collaboratively to achieve their goals. These sessions aim to enhance athletes’ abilities, foster camaraderie, and prepare them for competitive play.

Join our dynamic instructor-led class designed to enhance agility, balance, coordination, speed, strength, and power. Through a series of engaging exercises and instructor guidance, unlock your groups athletic potential and elevate your performance in a supportive group setting.
GROUPS WE OFFER
Workout group will meet from 7-8 PM every Tuesday and Thursday. Program includes In-Person workouts designed to get athlete’s bigger, faster, and stronger.
